About the National Ageing Research Institute NARI welcomes local and international students from a wide range of disciplines interested in research into older people. Supervising and hosting students at several levels of study — Honours, Masters, and PhD — is viewed as an important aspect of our work. Situated at the Parkville campus of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Institute is close to major academic and health facilities and offers an atmosphere conducive to both work and study. Supervision at NARI NARI provides a rich and diverse research environment which investigates issues in clinical, psycho-social, and public health areas and service evaluations. Students will be exposed to innovative projects, professional seminars and vibrant interaction with other staff and students undertaking or completing research projects. Current students and their research projects can be found at NARI Students page. Resources for Students at NARI Areas of Research Interest NARI also works closely with many other research, academic, community and health service organisations. This presents students with many opportunities to collaborate with other organisations. NARI is also willing to co-host or share projects with other institutions as an opportunity may arise.
