Expo Quiz and Evaluation

Evaluation is an important component of any training program to ensure that the key messages have been conveyed effectively, as well as providing valuable feedback for future sessions. A sample evaluation questionnaire is provided as a double-sided handout to all participants with the attendance form on the other side.

The aim of the attendance form is to encourage staff to attend each workstation by requiring them to have their attendance signed off at each station and answering the questions on the back page (the evaluation questionnaire). Providing a small prize, such as movie tickets, for a fully completed attendance sheet with the correct responses provides the added incentive.
